The hotel is located near a busy highway, so noise from the traffic may disturb light sleepers.

New Year's dinner buffet type of very low quality and quantity and in a small room without sufficient space (although they have rooms for more appropriate events). buffet of laughter, of jokes, was not a buffet, it was a scam. As a first course, cold cheese salad with apple, cold vegetable crush, chicken broth with vegetables, shrimp soup with octopus and lasagna but it was over and they offered spaghetti (for children? As a second course, three types of meat medallions (beef, turkey, pork? without seasoning that tasted like nothing. For dessert, two types of cakes and a glass that was finished at the time they started dinner. An insipid buffet, without variety, with dishes of very low quality and insufficient quantity... buffet that did not live up to the price and New Year's event. In short: very expensive, poor quality and very little quantity and variety. I would not recommend the restaurant of this hotel to anyone. To reconfirm the bad experience with the kitchen of this hotel, next day, January 1, we requested food to the room and although it was not as horrible as the New Year's dinner, it was in line with the above described.

Great pool on the rooftop with an amazing view and perfect for a relaxing swim. the size of the rooms is fantastic, very big, and spotless. the shower is separate from the toilet and very spacious.

The noise from the highway is very strong and can be heard all the time. It might be stressful for some people, as it can be hard to sleep through.

Had a fantastic time during New Year’s at a hotel in Puebla. Two complementary drinks were offered on check-in which was a nice touch. Although a bit out of the way in an industrial area, the shuttle service made getting around easy and stress-free. The pool was a highlight, with plenty of loungers and a large sun deck to relax on.

There was a bit of noise from the nearby highway, but this was to be expected with the location. Additionally, the restaurant was a bit overpriced, so we opted to eat out for most meals.

Great service and comfortable rooms. The pool, steam room, and gym are top-notch, and the view of the nearby volcano is amazing. The restaurant outside the hotel serves incredible steak. a highly recommended place to stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and impressive amenities.

Staff is friendly and attentive, and the gym and pool area on the top floor is a great place to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful, with a great selection of hot and cold items to choose from.
